Your life experiences have equipped you with the skills to inspire and guide young minds with patience, creativity, and understanding, and to instill within children a sense of responsibility and character.
You embody strong character, are well-presented, and enjoy forming meaningful relationships.
You find play, activities, nurturing a child's individual talents while providing a structured environment to be appealing.
The Children:
Child 1 (1.5 years old): Enthusiastic about explorative play, showing an early aptitude for creative problem-solving.
Child 2 (3.5 years old): She is a spirited blend of creativity and physical agility. She delights in music and imaginative play, often leading impromptu performances with moments of song and dance.
Child 3 (5 years old): He shows a keen interest in piano and intricate building projects, coupled with a strong affinity for math and games. He often exhibits thought processes and problem-solving skills mature for his age. He is typically in school M-F until 2:30pm.
Responsibilities:
Exploring music together, playing games, and fostering their interests.
Responsible for preparing wholesome breakfast and lunch for the two younger children, and dinner for the family. The position offers $25/hr when including dinner preparation in the responsibilities, and $22/hr otherwise. The children have a routine nap or quiet activity time from 3 to 4:30 PM, providing a suitable break followed by ample time for dinner preparation.
The position entails 3 days a week from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 30-minute break during the children's 90-minute nap time.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking someone with experience in nurturing multiple children, capable of supporting and enriching our children's diverse interests and abilities. Your role will involve engaging with each child's unique talents and skills, from physical coordination and creativity to advanced cognitive skills and problem-solving. The ability to manage and balance these different needs is crucial.
