We are an after-school supplemental educational program for kids, ages 3 to 18. We provide:
Individualized lesson plans and academic instruction, helping kids excel in school.
Focus on mastery of concepts, improve test taking
Focus on developing critical work skills: independent learning. organization, time management and more

Part-time Math Assistant
Part time Reading/Writing Assistant
Interns - Math and/or Reading/Writing
Hours:
All positions are In-person ONLY.
Monday and Thursday: 3:00PM to 7:00PM but may vary occasionally
Tuesday and Friday: 3:00PM to 7:00PM but may vary occasionally
Location: Hillsboro & Cedar Mill
Requirements:
-High-school diploma, or some college. College degree preferred
-Experience working with children is a plus, but not mandatory.
-Must be able to pass Criminal/Background Check

Job Description:
-Provide academic support to student.
-Grade student work (an answer key provided).
-Collect/assemble work packets based on supervisor instruction
-Understand basic high-school math and English language skills.
-Teach students study skills and test-taking strategies.
-Monitor student progress during weekly sessions.
-Work collaboratively with Supervisor/Director and other tutors to ensure student success.
