Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Portland, Oregon. The role involves maintaining, processing, and reconciling accounts payable records, along with other financial documentation. This position is a critical part of our financial operations and requires a candidate with strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.Responsibilities: Process, verify, and reconcile invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment Manage and maintain accounts payable reports, spreadsheets, and accounts payable files Handle account reconciliation to ensure payments are up to date Prepare check runs and coding invoices accurately Conduct data entry tasks and manage the full cycle of accounts payable activities Use QuickBooks for managing and processing accounts payable Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and invoice processing Address and resolve any inquiries related to accounts payable from clients or internal teams Ensure adherence to company procedures and policies in handling and processing financial data.
