Handling payments over the phone and familiar with Microsoft tools- Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. Reports customer issues & on-time delivery issues daily. Completes RMA process when necessary and communicates to customer to ensure completion in a timely manner. Will also utilizes CRM system to capture pertinent data.
PAY AND SCHEDULE FOR POSITION:
Full Time, Monday – Friday. Ability to work flexible hours, with additional time as needed. Less than 1% unplanned absenteeism is expected.
Starting at $19.00 - $22.00 an hour depending on experience
METAL BUYER

This position is a very labor intensive job so willingness to work hard and efficiently!
Assist the Metals Program Manager in the purchase and process of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, move product or materials in and out of the warehouse using forklift and/or front-end loader. Load and unload designated trailers and/or trucks. Examine, select, and purchase material at the most favorable price consistent with quality, quantity, specification requirements and other factors. Enter data into computer system including purchases and sales.

MAINTANANCE TECHNICIAN
All Star Labor and Staffing is looking for an experienced maintenance Technician for a Food Company in the Hillsboro Area.
This position is mainly performing highly diversified duties to support the mechanics to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain the facility. Performing routine equipment inspection, monitoring lubrication, wastewater treatment and required troubleshooting. Support Mechanics in maintenance including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines. Support Mechanics for preventive maintenance of equipment, Inventory management, supports IMS by operating the wastewater treatment plan and performing other/ additional duties and projects that may be assigned.

The ideal candidate must have Quality and Machinist background, having the ability to distinguish colors and properly use inspection tools including calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, and optical inspections equipment with an exceptional attention to detail. Ability to read and understand drawings including geometric dimensioning and tolerancing and proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Share Point)
The position mainly includes, but not limited to performing various quality assurance functions ensuring the highest quality of product to our customers. Nonconformance handling (bring materials into Quarantine location, data entry, disposition, close out documentation) Data Collection, communicating with suppliers, communicating with teams in a positive manner while maintaining a pleasant demeanor, maintain clean work areas, technical support to assembly team and participating in physical inventory process.
