An ideal candidate has an understanding of manufacturing process, experience with applying project management theory and concept, excellent communication at all levels of the organization, and ability to collaborate across various functions, and Boeing locations to achieve project / organizational objectives.Position Responsibilities:Leads the organization in driving teams’ performance.

Leads others and directs all phases of assigned cross-organizational or business unit projects demonstrating proficiency in all project management areas in accordance with accepted project management standards in the industry (e.g., PMI, Project Management Body of Knowledge [PMBOK], ANSI, and ISO standards).

Oversight, and management responsibility (including performance management & reporting) for a portfolio of small to medium size projects in support of organizational the goals and objectives.

Identifies key stakeholder project specific objectives and requirements.

Ensures assigned individuals are completing the identified and assigned tasks and providing appropriate tracking and reporting per plan.

Provides in-depth analysis of project culminating with lessons learned and historical reports for incorporation into future project plans.

Provides assessment of team performance to appropriate management.

Develops solutions to complex problems that require resourcefulness and innovation.

Provides input of team member performance to management, where appropriate.

Duties include facilitating organization progress, collecting weekly status across multiple teams and articulating risks and opportunities to leadership.

Ability to change directions and adapt to evolving (and sometimes appears conflicting) organization’s directions and objectives.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Portland, Oregon.Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)3+ years of experience in Project Management

3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or manufacturing support environment

3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Products such as Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Bachelor's degree and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Experience in developing and implementing process improvements

Experience with work movement process

Experience developing and delivering presentations to senior leadership
