Position:
Special Thai Chef (Full-Time)
Compensation:
Annual Salary: $48,000
Hourly Wage: $18/hr
Overtime: Minimum 15 hours per week, paid accordingly

Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Thai cooking
Must be able to prepare and execute authentic Thai dishes with consistency
Strong knowledge of ingredients, flavor profiles, and Thai culinary traditions
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Must have good communication and teamwork skills
Food handler’s card (or ability to obtain one before start date)
Responsibilities:
Prepare high-quality Thai dishes according to restaurant standards
Ensure proper food safety, storage, and sanitation practices
Collaborate with the team to create new menu items and specials
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
Support smooth daily kitchen operations
