What We re Looking For:
At least 2 years of line cook experience, ideally in high-volume kitchens
Solid skills on grill, saute , fry, and plating
Strong ticket timing and multitasking under pressure
Pride in your craft, reliability, and teamwork
Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and organized station
What You ll Do:
Cook and plate dishes with speed, accuracy, and presentation in mind
Handle busy services with focus and consistency
Communicate clearly with both BOH & FOH
Uphold our reputation for house-made quality meals and guest satisfaction
