Seeking a FOH Restaurant Manager for Ikigai in Carlton, Oregon.
Willamette Valley Wine Country is a top destination for wine and food enthusiasts throughout the world. Ikigai is a new Asian restaurant located on Main Street in Carlton – home to award winning wineries, fantastic views and a quaint walkable Main Street that boasts something for everyone.
Ikigai is a new restaurant focusing on farm fresh food with Asian flavors. Our commitment to outstanding customer service and fresh and delicious food is paramount. We are an experienced, growing, locally owned, restaurant group and have local expansion plans including catering and additional local space. The sky is the limit for hard working, driven people!
We are looking for a FOH Restaurant Manager who can manage the Front of the House operations of the restaurant.
Must be a proven leader and team builder. Must have previous experience serving in a fine dining environment, managing people, ordering supplies, maintaining inventories, and overseeing a busy restaurant. Must work clean, focused, organized and be willing to do the dirty work. Overall restaurant experience, a plus. Will need to manage FOH staff for dinner five days a week, (Tuesday-Saturday), will add lunch/expand hours in the future.

As usual… Must be able to work weekends and evenings, hold a food handler’s license, OLCC license, agile, able to lift heavy things, comfortable in a busy environment and committed to quality food and service.
