Restaurant General Manager

A "hands-on" approach in management style, not an office manager, with the understanding this position will be working side by side with their employees.

Must have experience with liquor, beer and food inventory management and constructive employee coaching.

Must be well organized with excellent communication skills.

Have a great work ethic and desire to be the best.

Has to be able to motivate employees, along with scheduling and staff hiring.

Knowledge of cost control.

Experience in P.O.S., Quick Books, Word and Excel helpful.

Ability to follow directions from the company but can make decisions under pressure.

Must be completely open to feedback and being coached/mentored.

Must have a good credit score as there is a thorough background check for lottery operations.

This is a full-time, salaried position. You must be comfortable working long hours, evenings, weekends and holidays.
