We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere, serving over 100+ residents three times a day. Our culinary team is passionate about delivering quality service and making each meal a memorable occasion.
Position Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Full-Time Servers to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be integral to ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for our residents, their families, and visitors. Key Responsibilities:
Greet residents, families, and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Effectively communicate menu options and take orders accurately.
Serve beverages and food in a timely and precise manner.
Bus and set tables, maintaining cleanliness and organization.
Communicate any issues or concerns to the dining room coordinator promptly.
Foster a positive dining environment through patience, kindness, and professionalism.
Shifts Available:
Weekdays and weekends
Flexible hours from 7 AM to 2 or 3 PM
