Job Description: We are seeking a couple passionate and customer-focused Servers to join our team at our intimate, high-end steakhouse. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences by delivering impeccable service, showcasing a deep knowledge of our menu, and ensuring guests have a memorable visit.
Responsibilities:
-Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
-Take and accurately enter food and beverage orders
-Offer wine and food pairings with expertise and confidence
-Serve food and drinks with precision and attention to detail
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of your work area
-Collaborate with the kitchen and staff to ensure smooth service
-Address guest inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly
-Upsell and suggest menu items to enhance guest experiences
Qualifications:
-Previous fine dining or upscale restaurant experience preferred
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-A passion for providing exceptional customer service
Part time positions, 2 to 4 days a week. Can be flexible with your preferred schedule.
