Job Description:
Friendly and attentive individual/s needed to share the love at our SE Belmont location.
The schedule will be:
Mon, Tues, and Thurs 4-8
We need someone with some flexibility in their schedule to be able to cover shifts as needed for the rest of the team throughout the week.
Students and professionals are welcome because there's a good amount of downtime you can use to work on your stuff (after your work obligations are met, of course.)
We won "Best Kombucha in Portland" in the Willamette Week's reader survey (twice) because of our attention to detail, love of our customers, and hustle. Your very important part in that will be to welcome people, offer them samples and growler fills, monitor guest activity and make sure they feel welcomed and informed, keep the space welcoming, clean, stocked, and be the resident expert in kombucha, jun, and SOMA! (Though helpful, no prior nutrition or kombucha knowledge is required, full training will be provided).
These positions are about half cleaning and organizing, so cleaning experience, an eye for detail, and willingness to go the extra mile is a must, and half customer service. A chunk of the shift will be down time, and once everything is done and all customers are squared away you're welcome to work on your own stuff.
