Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager (knowledge of English, Russian or Ukrainian) to oversee daily operations in our fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service management, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. This role requires effective team management, inventory control, and a passion for the culinary arts.
Duties
Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and service.
Train, develop, and manage staff to maintain an efficient and motivated team.
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
Utilize POS systems (Aloha POS, Micros POS) for cash handling and transaction processing.
Implement effective budgeting strategies to optimize restaurant profitability.
Foster a positive dining experience through excellent customer service and hospitality management.
Conduct interviews and hire new staff members as needed.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
Handle shift management responsibilities, including scheduling and staff assignments.
Skills
Proven experience in restaurant management or similar roles within the food industry.
Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation, and production techniques.
Experience in quick service & fast food restaurants as well as fine dining establishments is preferred.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Proficient in cash handling and financial management practices.
Strong organizational skills with experience in inventory control and kitchen management.
Ability to provide training & development opportunities for staff members.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on enhancing guest experiences.
Background in culinary arts or hospitality management is advantageous.
