We are looking for a forward-thinking, flexible self-starter to join our team. Must be 21+ years of age. Must be available to work nights & weekends.

Hapa PDX is accepting resumes for a prep & line cook position. This position's training and responsibilities include:
-Prepping toppings for ramen, poke, and appetizers
-Opening and closing ramen and appetizer lines
-Work appetizer and ramen lines during shift
-Basic knife and kitchen skills
-Cut and portion chicken, pork, and fish
-Cook main broth 1-2x per week
-Keeping a clean and organized workstation
-Knowledge of Asian cuisine a plus
-Attention to detail and presentation of bowls/plates

This position may involve:
-Delivering food items to tables
-Bussing tables in a friendly way
-Occasionally closing dishpit
-Some deep cleaning of hood and other equipment
-Creating specials and seasonal dishes
