We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Server. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, ensuring they have a positive dining experience from start to finish. Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Assist guests with any special requests or accommodations
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Relay orders to the kitchen
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in on their needs throughout their dining experience
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary
- Process guest payments and provide accurate change
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house space
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of POS systems is a plus
- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
