Position Summary:
World of Smiles Pediatric Dentistry is looking for dynamic addition to our front office team! Responsibilities include; greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling, verifying private/OHP insurances, treatment presentation, referrals, as well as other daily administration tasks.
We are looking for high energy, passionate, caring people who love providing excellent customer service!
Our Ideal Candidate:
Prior dental experience REQUIRED (minimum 1yr.)
Dentrix or similar dental software
EXCELLENT customer service AND communication (verbal and written) skills
Working as a team AND ability to self-manage
Multitasker that thrives in a fast-pace work environment
Professional and POSITIVE
Computer proficiency
