Affinity Home Care seeks Caregivers to join our team within our home care department at Laurel Parc, an upscale senior living community in Bethany Village near the Beaverton/Hillsboro area. Caregivers assist residents with ADL tasks including performing light housekeeping tasks, making beds, assisting with personal laundry, showers, toileting, dressing, oral & hair care, transferring and other needs based on individual service plans.
Current need: Part time for all shifts! Must be able to typically work 1 weekend day weekly.
Pay - $21.00- $21.50 per hour

Other Position Responsibilities
-Provides general attention to residents needs.
-Documents all Activities of Daily Living for each resident.
-Provides companionship and observes to ensure safety and to report condition changes.
-Completes light housekeeping tasks.
-Maintains confidentiality regarding residents and the care.
-Maintains punctual, regular and predictable attendance.
-Displays excellent communication and remains calm and courteous under pressure.
Qualifications
-Passion working with seniors + 6 months experience preferred!
-Completion of paid pre-employment trainings- provided during onboarding.
-Must obtain current CPR/1st Aid training (employer provided) & Oregon Food Handlers Permit
-Must be able to work weekends and have some schedule flexibility
Physical Demands
-Lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
