Job Description:
Bridgetown Chiropractic & Wellness, a busy multi-provider, multi-location healthcare facility, is seeking a dedicated Front Office Team Member to join our staff in the role of Chiropractic Assistant (CA)/Receptionist.
We will assist the right candidate to obtain their Chiropractic Assistant Certification. Professional development assistance available. Responsibilities:
Scheduling appointments for patients
Verifying insurance benefits and coverage
Collecting payments and calculating copays
Data entry and scanning for electronic health records
Managing inventory
Patient interaction, including checking patients in and out
Application of physiotherapy as needed
Office cleaning and organization
Answering a multi-line phone system
Requirements:
Minimum of 1-year professional office experience
Proficient computer skills
Strong time management and punctuality
Respect for diverse populations of people
Patient, caring, and compassionate attitude towards individuals recovering from injuries
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Starting Pay Scale:
$20-$23 per hour
