Responsibilities:
Perform therapeutic massages tailored to individual patient needs and treatment plans.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to integrate massage therapy into patient care programs.
Possess proficiency in medical terminology and maintain accurate SOAP notes for each session.
Educate patients on the benefits of massage therapy in supporting their overall health.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the clinic for integrated patient care.
Adhere to ethical and professional standards in the practice of massage therapy.
Requirements:
Valid Massage Therapy license in the state of Oregon.
Proven experience as a Massage Therapist with expertise in medical terminology.
Proficiency in creating thorough SOAP notes for each client session.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry practices.
Must have malpractice insurance
