Candidates must possess a strong work ethic, positive attitude, outstanding patient and people skills, and work well in a team environment. You are the patient's first person of contact, and first impressions make a big impact!
Duties include, but not limited to:
Greeting patients
Answering a multi-line phone system
Patient scheduling
Collecting balances upon patient check out
Submitting and following up on patient referrals
Balancing daily reports
Confirming appointments
Helping patients with questions they may have
Prior experience in the eye industry is preferred, but not required.
Salary based on experience.
