Cleanly is a local property management company that specializes in cleaning and caretaking Airbnb’s in Portland. We're looking for hard-working, part-time cleaners to join our dynamic and friendly team. As a cleaner, you'll be responsible for ensuring that each home/apartment is sparkling clean and reset for the next guest, typically within hours after the previous guest leaves. We'll provide all the necessary supplies, and you'll need to be able to drive between properties on your own.
In addition to cleaning, we need our cleaners to be savvy and quick with navigating apps on their phone while in the field. This is an essential part of the job, as you'll need to update our property management software, communicate with the team, and respond to requests promptly, and be able to problem solve.
On the days you work, you'll be cleaning 25 units, and each week's workload will vary depending on the industry's demands Currently we are looking for people to clean a few days a week that must include Sunday(our busiest day), with the possibility of taking on more days as your cleaning proficiency proves itself.
We're offering a starting rate of $20 per hour for all cleaners, and your workday will begin between 10:15-10:45am and end at around 4:30 pm, give or take an hour depending on the workload.
