Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive starting salary of $24.50-28 per hour, commensurate with your experience and skills. In addition to the attractive wage, we also provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. Applicants who can pass federal background checks are eligible for a higher wage once passed (some of our most important clients require this). If you do not have any window cleaning experience, you will start at $18.50 per hour during a 60-90 day probation and be fast tracked to join high rise upon completion of this probation period.
