Join Our Team as a Part-Time Facilities Coordinator at Family Ties Counseling Center!

Location: Portland, OR (John's Landing & Multnomah Village)

Hours: 15-20 hours/week | Flexible Schedule | $16-$22/hour DOE

We’re looking for someone to help maintain our clinics outside of regular office hours, giving you the flexibility to create a schedule that works for you. What You'll Do:

Keep Us Organized: You’ll perform daily walkthroughs, ensuring therapy rooms and common areas are always tidy, organized, and ready to welcome our clients. Your keen eye for detail will help maintain the universal presentation of each clinical room.

Provider of Supplies: You’ll manage and track office and therapeutic supplies like a pro, making sure we’re always stocked and ready. From restocking paper products to watering plants, you’ll ensure our spaces are as welcoming as possible.

Collaborate & Communicate: You’ll work closely with our Operations Coordinator and Executive Director to coordinate maintenance tasks, submit supply requests, and keep our facilities in top shape.

Be Flexible: Your hours will include three weekday evenings (8pm-10pm) and some additional weekend hours. This schedule is perfect for someone looking to make a big impact with a part-time commitment.

Who We’re Looking For:

A self-starter who’s organized, detail-oriented, and loves making things run smoothly.

A team player who communicates effectively and loves working independently.

A physically able individual who can handle tasks like lifting supplies and moving items around.
