SE Portland based General Contractor specializing in structural improvements both in residential and commercial settings is looking for a highly motivated individual to fill a laborer position. We are looking for someone to fill a Full time position who ideally is looking for a new long term job. Serious workers only.
We need someone qualified in planning, preparing and securing loads for lifting and moving using cranes, hoists, and other equipment.
Pre requisites for all SDU employees:
Hard working and reliable. Shows up to work everyday.
Follows direction and can work independently.
Ability to do heavy lifting minimum 50 pounds.
Loading, unloading material & material organization.
Physical requirements include but not limited to: standing, bending, squatting, sitting, kneeling, crawling.
Digging, trenching. Comfortable in tight spaces such as crawlspaces or attics.
Carpenter support and general construction labor.
Adhere to all safety standards and practices.
Not afraid of long hours if necessary.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Other duties as assigned.
