Exterior Cleaning Technician

Starting pay is $14.00 up to $18.00/hour depending on experience. We also offer the opportunity for weekly bonuses as well as monthly commissions. Duties include performing SoftWashing on all home exteriors, pressure washing and gutter cleaning, window cleaning, Christmas lights, handling setup, breakdown and navigation of ladders, lifts, pumps, pressure washers, surface cleaners and fall safety equipment. Mixing and applying appropriate chemicals and protect customer property. There will be a drug screen and criminal background check required for this role.
Schedule
- Shift start: 7:00AM
- Shift length: 9 hours
- Days: Monday - Friday

Requirements
- Comfortable working on ladders and outdoors
- Must be at least 18+ years old
- Must pass drug screen
- Must pass background check
- Can lift 90 lbs
