Landscape Maintenance DRIVER
Job Description:
We are a well established, all-phases landscaping company based in Hillsboro, Oregon with 45 employees. We currently have openings for experienced landscape maintenance driver/workers. This position requires a valid driver's license. The positions are full time, 40 hours per week except for 3 months during the winter where our crews work limited hours. We generally work Tuesday- Friday, 8 -10 hours per day. We do strictly residential landscaping and maintenance. No commercial jobs.
Job duties will include:
Mowing, edging, fertilizing, raking leaves, pruning, blowing, and weed control.
Occasionally assist with landscape clean-ups or light landscaping projects / enhancements. Barkdusting, planting, etc.
Communicating / working together with managers in the company
Assure proper use, care and inventory of company vehicle, equipment and tools assigned.
Promote and maintain safe working conditions
Truck, Trailer and Shop, loading and unloading.
Skill Requirements:
Valid Drivers License, Insurable, Knowledge & Experience Driving a trailer.
Fluent in Spanish is a big plus as most of your co-workers will be Hispanic.
Show Up on Time Every Day. Reliable. Ability to be on time and be at work every day you are scheduled to work
Min. 1 year experience on residential landscape maintenance crew.
Detailed experience using all landscape maintenance equipment, such as; 21" mowers, 36" mowers, edgers, trimmers, hedge trimmers, aerators, power rake, pulling trailers, backpack sprayers, commercial fertilizer spreaders, blowers, etc.
Excellent people skills with employees and Clients.

Compensation:
Pay $18 - $20 depending on experience and if you have a drivers license. Paid weekly on Fridays.
