Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in all stages of family law litigation, including drafting legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
- Prepare and organize discovery materials, including requests for production, interrogatories, and subpoenas
- Maintain case files and document management systems
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Assist with trial preparations
- Attend court hearings and assist attorneys during trial
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of attorney experience
- Licensed in Oregon
- Strong character and integrity
- Proficient in legal research and drafting legal documents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Negotiator with strong customer service skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
