Experience with personal injury cases is preferred. The ideal candidate will maintain a solid work ethic, be detail oriented, able to multi-task, have strong organizational skills and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Candidate shall be able to perform delegated substantive legal work which includes maintaining and organizing files; drafting correspondence including letters, e-mails, faxes, etc.; requesting and organizing medical records, medical bills; sending liens; preparing settlement demands to insurance companies. The ability to act in a professional manner as part of a team and respond appropriately to clients, co-workers and management is key. Excellent attendance is also crucial for success in this position, as are strong analytical skills and a natural desire to problem solve. This is a full-time, in-office position.
