Praedium Law Group specializes in transactional and litigation work in the areas of real estate, land use, construction, homeowners’ associations and business law. We are seeking an experienced full-time paralegal to join our circus. This is an in-office, fast-paced environment and a good fit would be an individual who is bright, easy going, hard-working, and has a good sense of humor.
Responsibilities
Document management
Calendaring and docketing
Document review and analysis
Draft pleadings, motions and discovery
E-file in State and Federal courts
Prepare for and assist with mediations, arbitrations and trial
Qualifications
Paralegal degree and some experience or 3+ years of paralegal work
Civil litigation experience
Great interpersonal skills.
Strong writing and proofreading abilities
Knowledge of local (Clark County) and state (WA) rules and comfort with e-filing
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, DocuSign, and Excel
Experience in real estate and/or construction an asset, but not required
