THE TEAM MEMBER WE ARE SEARCHING FOR
He/she values on time attendance and longevity in their job history (at least 3+ years average tenure).
Has a strong interest in none micromanagement of every job and is interested in helping plan their own workday and working their plan.
Must be self-motivated and willing to help keep our workplace safe and clean for the next shift.
Experience in the mixing and packaging of liquids and/or powders is highly desirable but not mandatory for success.
Most of all we are seeking an individual that demonstrates a strong interest in long-term growth in income and responsibility in a highly automated work environment.

- General warehouse work
- Learn to operate and maintain critical production equipment
- Monitor production processes and adjust settings as necessary
- Fork Truck operation
- General warehouse cleaning and maintenance
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
- Maintain accurate production records
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure production goals are met
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be a self-motivator
- Ensure a safe work environment
- Perform task according to standard operating procedure
- Previous experience in a production environment preferred
- Bring your best manners and attitude each day
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 40-70 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Attendance reliability a must
- Assist in planning your own daily work plan
- Shift flexibility may be required as production increases
