Do you have at least one year of experience as a Production Technician in food or beverage manufacturing in an ISO:9001 FSSC production facility? If you are a dependable team player, that one year of experience could be enough to prepare you for a unique role with True Terpenes, blending botanical ingredients to create a variety of interesting flavors.
True Terpenes is growing and we are adding to our Production team! As a Production Technician, your shift begins at 7:00 am and ends at 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, onsite in Hillsboro, Oregon. The role works almost exclusively in our ISO 9001 Production Clean Room, sometimes standing, sometimes sitting, and always wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to formulate (mix), dispense, and package our products. From time-to-time, with notice we may need you to work overtime.
You have attention to detail to follow standard operating procedures to hand-blend our formulations. You’re also comfortable and eager to learn how to operate any of our state-of-the-art automated equipment for certain work orders.
We standardize our methods, practices, and safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible, and as such the team and organization rely on each other to show up as expected. Your teammates can count on you to show up and on time. You’re a positive force to be around. You have a bias to continuous improvement, and so you’re comfortable calling out better ways of working when you see those opportunities.
