All Star Labor and Staffing is hiring for a Sanitation Tech for a Food Production in the McMinnville area.
This position is mainly, but not limited to sanitize the facility and machinery used to produce product.
MUST BE OPEN TO FLEXIBLE HRS/ POSITIONS
Responsibilities:
FOOD SAFETY – Allergen Awareness
FOOD SAFETY – Equipment and line cleaning
Run dishwashing machine.
Maintain work areas, equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition.
Washes pots, pans, buckets and trays by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine.
Disassemble manufacturing lines.
Clean and sanitize parts and equipment. Keep parts organized by machine.
Sweep and mop floors.
Washes and sanitizes equipment.
Pressure wash equipment using industrial pressure washer.
Follow and improve area processes.
Understand and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that pertain to your area.
Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
FOOD SAFETY – Notify management of any Food Safety Issue.
FOOD SAFETY – Aware of empowerment to act to resolve Food Safety issues within the scope of work.
FOOD SAFETY – Conform to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s).
Must understand Allergens
Must understand and follow all GMP, SQF, HAACP, BBP and Food Defense policies.
Able to speak and read English.
Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.
Able to work in a team environment.
Must be available to work any shift and weekends if needed.
Physical Requirements:
Frequently required to talk, hear and communicate with others in English.
Frequent sitting, walking, bending, and squatting.
Ability to sit and perform work on a computer or at a desk.
Use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
SCHEDULE AND PAY:
Day Shift: Monday-Friday 5:00am-5:00pm $16:50
Graveyard: Days varies from Sunday-Saturday 5:00pm-5:00am (Night Diff $2.50 more)
