Responsibilities:
Responsible for full cycle processing of A/R and A/P transactions
Support outside sales department with quote preparation
Maintain and order office supplies
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Control and run night and weekly job pros
Create sales material to present to customers
Qualifications:
Previous experience bookkeeping, customer service , or other related fields
Familiarity with Microsoft office products
Ability to build rapport with clients
Deadline and detail-oriented
Problem solving skills a plus
