Greear Kramer Monaghan is an accounting firm located in downtown Vancouver. We are seeking an upbeat individual who shares our passion of providing exceptional professional client service and developing relationships with co-workers. We are seeking someone who carries an enthusiasm to learn and grow.
As a receptionist at Greear Kramer Monaghan you will be relied upon to perform a variety of tasks including but not limited to:
Greeting clients
Answering multi-line, multi-business calls, routing calls and taking messages
Scheduling Appointments and reminder calls
Preparing documents for clients
Prepares postage and mail for mailing including occasional runs to post office for certified and overnight mailings.
Performs other clerical duties such as scanning, photocopying, sending fax, typing, digital filing
Using and updating project tracking software to keep the office moving
Maintain Kitchen, ordering supplies, running dishwasher, prepare coffee, etc
Performs a variety of other clerical and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
Experience answering a multiple line phone system
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication and organization skills
Excellent attention to detail
Computer proficient (MS Office) Word, Excel, Outlook
Punctual, dependable, and presentable (Office hours 8am – 5pm)
Able to work with a team or independently
