Administrative Assistant
Pacific Tech Construction, a Kelso, WA based construction company is looking for an individual with administrative experience or the aptitude and desire to learn. The successful applicant will be able to fulfill the following roles & responsibilities and will meet or exceed the qualifications & experience requirements listed below. Compensation and benefits will depend upon experience and qualifications.
Roles & Responsibilities
Review and understand contracts, specifications, and RFPs
Prepare proposal and submittal packages
Interact with current and former clients to obtain information and facilitate data transfer
Manage simple databases and spreadsheets to track tasks and projects
Work closely with estimating, scheduling, project coordination, and marketing staff
Prepare presentation material, technical writing, and alter administrative plan templates to meet project requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Strong time management and organizational skills
Experience and proficiency with the MS Office Suite and PDF editing software (Acrobat, Nuance, etc.)
Must have the ability to write well
Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications a plus
Experience with federal contracting a plus
Experience in construction a plus
