100% Remote Administrative Assistant:
Full Time Position (Remote)
Hours: Monday-Friday | 8-5pm (hour lunch)
Starting Pay: Based on Experience
Job Description: Our Customer Care team is the backbone of our company. We pride ourselves in giving our customers the best customer service experience possible. This person would be fielding incoming calls, scheduling appointments, logging data, handling Docu-signs,logging receipts,routing information, and performing phone sales and will calls. Other tasks will include sending out Thank you cards and assisting with restocking Company merchandise. Along with supporting our sales and production team with various other administrative duties.
Required Skills:
Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism, We use RingCentral Integrated Phone systems which will route calls to your personal phone
Maintain a quiet and professional work environment. Because this is a work from home position this is critical.

Organized and detail oriented
Computer Proficiency in: Google Calendar, Email, Google Drive, DocuSign, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat,etc.
