Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and management of commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining property value, maximizing income potential, and ensuring tenant satisfaction.
Duties
- Manage all aspects of assigned commercial properties
- Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and renovations
- Handle property renewal leasing, including tenant screening
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Maintain accurate property records and files
- Conduct data entry tasks related to property management software (e.g., QuickBooks)
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers
Skills
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar property management software
- Strong understanding of commercial property leasing and contract negotiations
- Knowledge of property maintenance best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for tenant interactions and sales purposes
