Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to oversee the administrative operations of our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role is critical in maintaining efficient office operations, supporting our inspection teams, and ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and supply management.

- Coordinate with inspection teams to ensure timely and accurate documentation of inspection reports.

- Maintain records of inspections, certifications, and compliance with industry regulations.

- Handle customer inquiries, providing exceptional service and resolving issues as needed.

- Prepare and manage invoicing, billing, and accounts receivable.

- Assist with the preparation of safety and compliance documentation, including OSHA reports.

- Oversee office budget and manage expenditures.

- Support human resources functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.

- Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and training sessions.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Basic understanding of QuickBooks

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

- Basic accounting knowledge is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.28 - $18.00 per hour
