We are a small construction company hiring for a part time Office Manager position to assist with managing day to day operations.
This is an in office position. No work from home available. Monday thru Friday. Hours 8:30 -2:00.

This position requires a lot of communication and reporting.
Must be proficient with MS Office programs especially Excel.
Some Quickbooks experience is helpful.
Be able and willing to learn new things, with on the job training.
Able to manage multiple projects well.
Able to learn new programs, and office systems.
Have some experience with, payables, receivables, and other basic office skills.
Able to keep a office organized
Have own transportation.
