Responsibilities:
Filing, typing, and rewriting documents
Assisting with basic accounting tasks
Managing the front desk and greeting visitors
Answering phone calls and directing them appropriately
Providing excellent customer service to clients and tenants
Managing office supplies and inventory
Supporting the property management team with various administrative tasks
Requirements:
Previous experience in an office setting is preferred.
Basic accounting knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent customer service skills
Prep/close the office daily.
Hours:
Part-time, approximately 20 - 25 afternoon hours. (1 pm-5 pm)
