Job File Coordinator – SERVPRO of Southeast Portland
Manage and organize job files from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Enter and track job details in SERVPRO systems (WorkCenter, DryBook, Xactimate).
Communicate with customers, insurance adjusters, and production teams for updates and documentation.
Prepare invoices, collect payments, and ensure all supporting documents are submitted.
Maintain compliance with SERVPRO and insurance company standards.
Support office operations and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Receptionist – SERVPRO of Southeast Portland
Answer phones and greet visitors with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
Schedule appointments and dispatch calls to the appropriate team members.
Assist with data entry, filing, and basic administrative support.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and emails.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment.
Provide excellent customer service to clients, vendors, and team members.
