Seeking a responsible, well-organized, energetic self-starter. Computer skills: Excel, Word, Publisher, and comfortable learning new programs. Exacting about details. Flexible, ready to handle whatever comes up. You'll be the key player in our office, INTERNET Sales, Clerical, Administrative and other support that keeps the business running smoothly, and staying on top of outreach to help the business grow. This means handling everything from data entry and record-keeping AND Sales Department.
We're looking for someone who thrives on responsibility and takes pride in being a vital part of the team. This is a varied, interesting job in a casual environment.

Qualifications needed:
Have previous office experience.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Have the ability to work well independently.
Positive attitude and friendly to staff/customers.
Flexible with daily tasks.
Have previous experience in SALES.
-Answer phones and confirm/scheduled tasks
-Data entry
-Faxing/filing/copying/scanning/emailing
-Basic clerical functions as needed
-Great reading, writing, math and communication is a must
-Able to work alone, self-motivated, able to take direction, quiet environment
-well organized, detail oriented & customer confidentiality a must
-familiar with emailing, internet, etc.
