As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. This is a crucial role in our industry, as you will be managing various documentation, coordinating staff schedules, and supporting communication between teams. Responsibilities
Coordinate service staff, ensuring efficient and effective scheduling.
Coordinate office tasks, such as filing, data entry, and email distribution.
Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
Oversee communications, routing calls, and handling inquiries from internal and external parties.
Organize and schedule installations, rental equipment, deliveries and service appointments.
Requirements
Proven experience in office management or a related role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to shifting priorities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Details
Hours are 8am to 4pm Monday – Friday, with some flexibility.
Office is in Wilsonville Oregon.
Pay starts at $20.00 an hour with options for health benefits.
