Payroll Specialist
You must have Payroll Experience for this position
Our client is a full-service provider of payroll and timekeeping services for local small-to-mid-sized businesses. They are looking for a full-time Payroll Specialist to process payrolls for multiple local clients.
Responsibilities
Process payroll for small to mid-sized local clients
Work directly with clients by phone and e-mail
Assist clients with various reporting needs
Continue to learn and develop knowledge of payroll concepts and software skills
Qualifications
Experience with processing payrolls and timekeeping
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational and keyboarding skills
Good oral and written communication skills
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent
1-year experience in Payroll processing
Pay:
Up to $30/hr depending on skills and qualifications
Remote work is possible for the right candidate, but candidates must live in Oregon or Washington and come to the office for the first few weeks for training.
