Details:
Training as soon as available
- Compensation $20/hr with opportunity for a raise at 90 day performance review
Between 16 - 20 hrs per week, working Wed, Thur, & Weekends with additional hrs available based on qualifications.
Flexibility to co-create a regular weekly schedule
Skills Required:
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a high volume office.
Must have excellent phone etiquette and ability to manage more than one phone line.
- Intraoffice communication skills through different messaging systems
- Ability to take adequate notes from clients and provide them in a timely manner
UMS Office Suite / collaboration via Google Tools
Utilize cloud based services including scheduling and billing software, as well as record management (Our office uses Jane EHR, so familiarity with this system is a huge bonus)

Digitally savvy, Computer proficient
A clear and compassionate communicator with active listening skills
Able to juggle competing needs and tasks with grace and time management skills
