Established roofing company looking for a new team member. The chosen candidate will primarily estimate roof repairs and roof replacements/installation.

YOU:
Bring the above-mentioned good attitude every day.
Have a minimum of 3 years verifiably successful home service sales experience.
Have a minimum of 5 years roofing experience, whether in sales, labor, operational management, or some combination of thereof.
Maintain a high level of professionalism regardless of educational background – be both well-spoken and capable of writing well.
Be capable of learning new tools and systems, CRMs, etc quickly and completely.
Possess strong technological savviness.
Able to walk of the majority of roofs viewed except for the very steepest pitches (note 8/12 is not considered the steepest).
Have a clean driving record over the last 3 years.
Not have a lazy bone in your body! :) This translates as being fully available to run leads during all regular business hours and willing to work outside them on the rare occasion in order to close a sale.

Train you in all areas you might not currently have full familiarity with, such as learning our systems, methods and tools (NOTE: this position still requires a solid background and competency in sales and roofing)
Provide compensation during your training period and immediately afterwards while you fill your sales pipeline.
Simultaneously appreciate your hard-earned sales while also holding you to the highest standards necessary in order for you to be the most successful version of yourself as possible.
Provide you immediately with a company gas card, phone, and uniform, and upon establishing yourself as capable of sales success, with a company vehicle also.
Give you company provided leads. We only operate in the Portland Metro area – no distant travel required.
Provide you with ample opportunity to succeed.
Position is full commission after initial training and establishment period (typically 3-4 months.)
Provide W-2 employment (you will not be a 1099 independent contractor paying double SS tax like many contractors do with their outside sales staff.)
