Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our Property Management team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential painting interior and exterior. This role involves preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring high-quality finishes on various projects. A background in property management maintenance is a plus, as it will enhance your versatility on the job.
Duties
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections.
Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
Utilize power tools as needed for painting projects.
Perform caulking and plastering to achieve smooth surfaces before painting.
Restore and maintain existing painted surfaces to extend their lifespan
Qualifications
Minimum of 2-3 years of painting experience
Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools relevant to the trade.
Ability to work on heights and in various conditions
Experience in maintenance services is a plus
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently or as a part of a team
Reliable and punctual with a great attitude and strong work ethic
Work will be performed in Vancouver and Portland. Must be able to drive to assigned properties daily.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
