Established Property Management firm is seeking a professional and career oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Portfolio Manager. Experience in property management and a college degree are a plus. Responsibilities Include:
Working directly with one or more Portfolio Managers to coordinate day to day property operations
Assisting site managers with rent tracking, resident notices and other tasks.
Direct interaction with owners, vendors, and residents
Working as a team with the other Assistant Portfolio Managers to accomplish necessary functions and or projects within the office
Administrative work such as filing, composing/typing correspondence, and organizing meetings
Obtaining bids from multiple companies
Customer service, assisting residents
Reviewing lease paperwork Skills Required:
Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Must be proficient with Word, Excel & Outlook
Ability to efficiently and effectively manage their time in a very fast paced work environment
Ability to work well as part of a team to achieve shared goals
Must be detail oriented and highly organized
Added Plus - experience working with LIHTC or HUD housing
