HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
Receive, evaluate, and assign work orders to techs or vendors as appropriate.
Deal with resident concerns and requests on a timely basis.
Create and maintain a schedule for all maintenance jobs.
Be available for vendors and techs on-site when they need additional guidance.
Meet with the owners and property managers on-site as necessary.
Apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, collect pertinent data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and initiate an appropriate course of action.
Inspect properties to ensure they are well-maintained and meet our company standards and local regulations.
Your schedule will vary throughout the week – you’ll spend ½ your week from our downtown office and the other ½ out in the field with periodic work-from-home.

Essential: You can juggle numerous responsibilities, stay organized, and ensure tasks are completed on time
You have strong interpersonal skills to resolve conflicts, address concerns, and provide an exceptional customer experience
You have a meticulous eye for detail, never letting anything fall through the cracks
You have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Property management and Appfolio experience are a plus
