Property Management company seeking a part-time on-site resident manager for a 16-unit community. Our compensation includes On-Site 2 Bedroom Apartment with small salary. Sponsored medical coverage, voluntary vision/dental, Simple IRA & more.
Applicants must have a High School Diploma or have successfully completed a GED program. Preference will be given to those with prior on-site management experience. Bi-Lingual Applicants and those with minor maintenance experience will be preferred.
Background Investigation
We seek employees who are responsible, and possess a good moral character. A background Investigation focused on criminal, rental and employment histories may be performed.
Essential Duties:
-Schedule & Show vacant units. Perform lease-up and walk-through in compliance with the rent-up process. Take move-in pictures and perform the closing and signing process for leased units.
-Prepare and deliver rental agreements, notices of entry, notices of violation, field notices, notices of for-cause termination, and other notices as directed by the Employer.
-Receive and review maintenance requests from tenants, enter work orders and review completed work, reporting status to the Employer. Coordinate access with tenants for vendors and maintenance staff performing maintenance & unit turnovers.
-Perform move-out inspections of units and deliver the affiliated documents.
-Meet with and walk through with vendors as needed.
-Prepare and perform regularly scheduled reports and updates for the Employer.
-Attend scheduled meetings, including those scheduled during normal business hours even when conflicting with your posted office hours.
-Collect and remove trash and debris from the premises.
